Taylor Flynn
Psychotherapy Practicum Intern
Taylor Flynn is a psychotherapy student intern under supervision at CMAP Health, currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She is in the process of working toward qualifying registration with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and is a student member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Taylor continues to develop her clinical skills through ongoing training and professional development, including learning opportunities offered through CMAP Health’s affiliate, Unified CBT Academy, as part of her commitment to lifelong learning and growth.
Taylor integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and mindfulness-based approaches in her work with clients. Her clinical interests include trauma recovery, emotional regulation, self-compassion, resilience building, and personal growth. She is particularly passionate about exploring the connection between mindfulness, resilience, and healing from adversity.
Taylor strives to create a compassionate, collaborative, and supportive therapeutic space where clients can explore challenges, reconnect with their strengths, and work toward meaningful and sustainable change.
