Richere is a student intern under supervision with CMAP Health, currently completing her Master of Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. Richere received a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology with a concentration in Health Psychology and a minor in Neuroscience and Mental Health from Carleton University in 2021. She is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a student member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). 

 

Richere is passionate about helping others navigate life’s challenges and learn skills to improve their mental health and overall functioning. Richere is committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental and inclusive environment where clients can explore their concerns and collaboratively strive toward their goals. Utilizing evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Richere provides a warm, supportive and client-centered approach to her psychotherapy services.
