Whether you’re dealing with day-to-day stress or working through something deeper, I’ll meet you where you’re at and support you in moving forward with clarity and confidence.
My approach is client-focused and evidence-based, using tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while always centering your unique experiences, values, and goals. I have experience working with individuals from 2SLGBTQI+ and Indigenous communities.
