Lindsey is a psychotherapy student intern under supervision at CMAP Health and provides individual cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). She is in the process of obtaining her qualifying status with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and is a student member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). She continues to enhance her counselling skills through our affiliate Unified CBT Academy as part of her effort to pursue lifelong learning and growth.

Lindsey obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology, concentrating in Health Psychology with a minor in Biology and a certificate in multidisciplinary studies in mental health and well-being from Carleton University. She is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and has achieved the ASIST suicide intervention training.

She is committed to collaborating with her clients to best navigate their goals in an empathetic, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment. Lindsey is passionate about fostering a safe space through prioritizing a culturally sensitive and supportive approach.

When asked why Lindsey chose CMAP Health and what clients could expect from her, this was her response:
