Kasra is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), CCPA member, and holds a Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Ottawa.

As an immigrant, Kasra brings a deep personal understanding of how culture, identity, and belonging can shape our experiences and emotional well-being. Having spent decades connecting with people from diverse backgrounds around the world, he approaches therapy with genuine curiosity, openness, and respect for each client’s unique story.

Kasra also has extensive experience in leadership and professional settings, which helps him support clients facing workplace stress, life transitions, and the weight of responsibility. He welcomes individuals who have experienced trauma and is committed to creating a space that feels safe, compassionate, and affirming.

Kasra’s approach to therapy is client-centred and integrative, with a primary focus on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). He believes meaningful change begins with trust and feeling truly heard. In a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment, Kasra works alongside clients to build coping skills, gain new perspectives, and move toward greater clarity, resilience, and quality of life.

Kasra offers therapy in English and Farsi (Persian).
