I am a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. I support adults living with chronic pain, concurrent disorders, PTSD, anxiety, and mood disorders, and I have a particular interest in working with police, military members, veterans, and first responders. I work with a diverse adult population and take a collaborative, structured approach that is tailored to each client’s goals and needs.

I have training in a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Prolonged Exposure for PTSD, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). I draw from these modalities thoughtfully, depending on what feels most helpful for each client.

I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Calgary and bring nearly 20 years of experience working in a variety of settings across Canada. Over the years, I have worked closely with interdisciplinary teams and regularly consult with other professionals to ensure clients receive well-rounded, coordinated care. I value evidence-based practice and stay current through ongoing learning and professional development.

Above all, I aim to provide a respectful, non-judgmental space where we can work together to set meaningful therapy goals. My focus is on supporting lasting change and helping clients build practical skills they can continue to use beyond therapy.
