Amani is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with training in evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and a strong foundation in person-centred care. She works collaboratively with clients to help them manage a range of mental health challenges, including ADHD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD), and Panic Disorder.

Amani offers therapy in both English and Arabic, ensuring that language is never a barrier to accessing support. She is especially passionate about working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and brings cultural sensitivity and humility into every session. She understands how identity, heritage, and lived experience influence emotional well-being, and she creates a space where those experiences are respected and affirmed.

She provides therapy to youth (16 and older) and adults, online sessions, offering flexible and accessible care. Amani’s therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and thoughtful, grounded in clinical knowledge and a deep respect for each client’s unique story.

Amani is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), reflecting her commitment to professional, ethical, and culturally attuned practice.
